After you have completed your beginners course, you can participate with us for nine more Sundays, while you consider long-term participation in archery. To continue in the sport, you will need to join a club and acquire your own equipment. Club bows, arrows and accessories are available for hire while you decide, and you should talk freely with club members about equipment choices. During this time you will also decide whether to join Ku-Ring-Gai Bowmen.
If you do decide to join us, there are a couple of steps to go through.
Speak to the club secretary and membership officer, or email your request to join, and the application process can be started.
All participants should arrive well before 9.30am. We have to set out the ground, allocate archers to targets, then set up the targets, all to be ready to commence at 10.00am.
